Event details
This iconic marathon route will take you through the centre of historic Edinburgh and past sights such as Arthur’s Seat and Edinburgh Castle. The course then takes you all along the Scottish coast of Prestonpans and Cockenzie and Port Seton, finishing in the beautiful Musselburgh.
This is one of the fastest marathon routes in the UK with a descent of almost 90 metres taking you along the coastline!
