How can I pay for my order?

We use PayPal secure payment service so accept payment from all major credit and debit cards including:

Visa / Delta / Electron
MasterCard / Eurocard
American Express

You do not require an existing PayPal account to use this service.

Are my card details safe?

All payments for items purchased through the Alzheimer’s Research UK Online Shop are handled by PayPal, so you can be certain that your card details will remain secure.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to stop it going through to our offsite dispatch system so we are unable to amend any of the order details. For any unwanted items please follow the returns procedure.

Do you deliver overseas?

Currently we are only able to deliver to the UK Mainland and the British Isles.

How much does delivery cost?

To ensure we continue to maximise the funding available for pioneering dementia research we have to charge a delivery fee to cover the costs of postage and packaging.

Standard Delivery

Orders up to £50 (UK Mainland and the British Isles) – £3.95

Orders of £50 and over (UK Mainland and the British Isles) – For orders exceeding £50 we are happy to offer FREE delivery, but standard postage and packaging can be paid if you would prefer.

Express Delivery

We offer express next day delivery on all orders received by midday Monday to Thursday – £7.99. Please be aware that Express Delivery orders will require a signature on delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For standard delivery, we aim to deliver items in 5 – 10 working days.

Express delivery for orders placed before midday Monday to Thursday we aim to deliver the next working day, where possible.

How do I return an item?

We hope that you are happy with the products you receive from Alzheimer’s Research UK but if you are not then please send an email to shop@alzheimersresearchuk.org listing the following information and we will advise you on the correct returns procedure.

Do you have any high street shops?

Alzheimer’s Research UK doesn’t currently have any high street shops, but have a look through our online shop for a range of branded merchandise and gifts suitable for all members of the family.

How much from each sale gets donated to the charity?

100% of the profits made from sales will directly help to fund our pioneering research.

Can I add a donation to my order?

Unfortunately you can’t currently add a donation to your order, but if you would like to make a donation please follow the link to the Alzheimer’s Research UK donation page.
