Dr Eric Hill is a Senior Lecturer at Aston University, where he leads a group studying the biology of dementia. His team use cutting edge stem cell technology to grow mini brains in a dish, from which they gain insight into changes to brain cells in dementia. Dr Hill will share his work exploring how different factors come together to cause changes to brain cells, and how this can lead to Alzheimer’s and other dementias.
