Every year at our Research Conference, there is a dedicated day bringing together over 200 of Early Career Researchers for learning, development, networking and collaboration.
Connect Day at Alzheimer’s Research UK HQ
Open to early career researchers funded by us, this event welcomes ECRs to our charity offices to hear about the work of the charity, receive tailored training and development opportunities, and network with fellow ECRs.
Support for parents at our Conference
We are dedicated to support new parents to attend our Research Conference, to keep up to date with the latest research and maintain a successful work-life balance. Each year we provide breastfeeding facilities, details of which can be found in the Conference programme or from any member of staff. We can also cover travel and accommodation costs for pre-school aged children and a parent or nominated carer.
