This card was designed by our dedicated supporter Hayley Leslie-Harrison, who lives in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. Hayley’s beloved dad, Michael, was diagnosed with young-onset Alzheimer’s disease at the age of 58, and sadly passed away in 2020. Michael was a very talented artist who loved receiving Christmas cards, and so this is a very special project which Hayley is proud to be supporting.
