Help shape dementia policy and give a voice to people affected by the condition.

Thank you for your interest in the Policy Involvement Panel. Due to a high number of applicants we have now closed the application process.

We’re now developing additional ways for people affected by dementia to impact our policy work, including starting new Public and Patient Sounding Boards.

Volunteers in these groups will be involved on a flexible basis. Participants will share their experiences with dementia to help shape Alzheimer’s Research UK’s policy work and identify future areas to prioritise.

If you are interested in learning more about our Public and Patient Sounding Boards, please submit an enquiry and our Policy Advisor, George Lankester will be in touch shortly.

"We want to bring people living with dementia, their carers, and loved ones much closer to the policy work we do here at Alzheimer’s Research UK. The Policy Involvement Panel provides an opportunity for you to get involved by telling us about your experiences, offering us your views, as well as advice on the policy work we do.

We need people who can empower us to drive policy change!”
