Mystery Shoppers are vital for ensuring our fundraisers are providing excellent customer service.

Each week our face-to-face fundraisers set up stands in public settings like train stations, shopping centres and supermarkets across the UK.

You can help ensure our face-to-face fundraisers are representing the charity in the best possible way. We will let you know when fundraisers will be in your area. All you need to do is turn up when you are free, act like a regular member of the public, and report back to us on your experience.

We will provide you with training on:

  • How to complete a mystery shop
  • Tips on approaching and interacting with fundraisers,
  • What to ask and say, and how to end the conversation
  • How to complete the feedback form

The mystery shop takes about 15 minutes to complete and another 15 minutes to feedback. You take part whenever it’s convenient for you.

By volunteering for this key role you ensure members of the public have the best possible experience when interacting with our face-to-face fundraisers.
