Help us to maintain and develop our health information.
We are committed to providing accurate, up-to-date and clear information about dementia. All of our health information is reviewed and updated every two years in line with a rigorous process, consulting both clinical experts and members of the public for their views. We are keen to make sure that our information has the right tone for people affected by or at risk of dementia. You can help us to maintain and develop our health information by becoming a Health Information Reviewer. It will only take a couple of hours of your time a year, but you’ll be making a huge difference to us and the people we are helping.
Can you read another language?
Most of the time our requirement is just for English speakers, but from time to time other opportunities crop up. One of our strategic aims is to provide high-quality information about dementia for all of society. To help us to achieve this, we are expanding our range of leaflets to include some in languages other than English. The text will be translated professionally, but we need volunteers who would be willing to look over them for us and provide feedback on readability.
If you could spare an hour or two on an occasional basis, and you can read and understand any of the following, we’d love to hear from you!
Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, Gujarati, Punjabi, Polish, Tamil, Urdu or Welsh
If you read other languages and are happy for us to keep your details on file for future projects, please also get in touch. You’ll be making a huge difference to us and the people we are helping.
