Fundraising in memory is an incredibly special and unique way to honour someone close to you.
Fundraise for a cure, in memory of your loved one or friend.
Take on a challenge in their memory
We have different events to suit all interests, whether it be cycling, swimming, walking or running a marathon.
Join our community of fundraisers, take part in an event and raise money in memory of your loved one.
Collect donations on special occasions
Remember your loved one on your birthday or on a special date by collecting donations in their memory.
By choosing to support dementia research in this generous and kind way, you are helping our scientists step ever closer to life-changing treatments and ultimately finding a cure.
Start a new hobby or learn a new skill in their memory
Did they love to cook? You could recreate their famous meal and invite your friends and family around.
In the same way people leave tips at a restaurant, why not ask for donations instead? So they too can honour your loved one’s life and help power dementia research.
If you can’t meet your friends and family in person, send the recipe via email or post, and cook together virtually.
Visit the place that’s special to you both
When remembering someone who’s passed away, we often think of the places that were important to them, like where they walked the dog, their favourite pub, or the football stadium where they never missed a match.
Why not raise money in their memory as you walk, run, swim or cycle to your special place? If you can’t get to your special place, you can dedicate a location anywhere in the world to their memory on our virtual map. You can add their name, a photo and a short message.
