Early Careers Day

On Monday 16 March we will be holding an Early Careers Day with parallel sessions specifically designed for PhD students or postdocs and Fellows. You can register to attend the Early Careers Day along with your main Conference registration. We expect this event to be very popular, so we suggest early registration to avoid disappointment.

The PhD sessions at our Early Careers Day provide a great opportunity to present your work to fellow students in a relaxed environment. The Early Career Day is open to both Alzheimer’s Research UK and non-Alzheimer’s Research UK-funded PhD students.

If you would like to give an oral presentation of your work, please submit an abstract via the link included in your confirmation email by 20 November 2019 and several students will be selected to give a 15-minute talk.

To submit a poster for the poster session, follow the link in your confirmation email and use the dropdown to select which days of the Conference you would like to present your poster at.

Please note that if you would like to be considered for an oral presentation and the poster session you will need to submit your abstract to both submission portals.

Programme details to be confirmed.

The Early Career Day takes place on Monday 16 March 2020 at the International Convention Centre Wales.

Registration for the day (£40+ VAT Early Bird, £45 + VAT) also includes lunch and a drinks reception in the evening. You can register for the Early Careers Day alongside your main Conference registration.
