A true adventure in a remote landscape
Hike the Sahara desert in 2023: over five days trek 100km through one of the most forbidding landscapes on earth. As you traverse the peaks and gorges, you’ll discover that the only way to explore the Sahara’s landscape, people and wildlife is on your own two feet.
Experience breathtaking views from the top of Jebel Lamrakeb, discover the relief of a hidden oasis, and sleep under one of the clearest skies left on earth.

Cost
Choose from two payment options:
Minimum sponsorship
Registration fee of £250 when you book.
Fundraise a minimum of £2345.
Flexi sponsorship
Registration fee of £250 when you book.
Then £250 towards your challenge (10 weeks before you go)
Fundraise £1835 for Alzheimer’s Research UK.

We’re pleased to be able to work with Charity Challenge who offer a COVID 19 secure booking on all challenges. If for any reason the challenge is not able to go ahead due to COVID-19 we will work closely with you to find an alternative date or challenge, so you’ll not miss out.
