Just 1% makes breakthroughs possible
We asked the government to invest 1% of the economic cost of dementia in life-changing treatment.
The government has pledged to double current dementia research funding to over £160m per year, 0.6% of the annual economic cost of the condition to the UK. We’ve outlined our main priorities in our latest report and will continue to call on government to deliver this investment target and continue to increase funding even further.
