Bid for Dame Barbara’s dresses to support dementia research
To celebrate National Bingo Day on Monday 27 June, Jackpotjoy is auctioning dresses worn by the late Dame Barbara Windsor, in a bid to raise funds for life-saving dementia research!
Seen as the Queen of Bingo in Jackpotjoy’s TV adverts from 2010 to 2017, Dame Barbara was well known for her eye-catching outfits. These included an intricate period-piece costume, as well as a Queen of Bingo crown!
In memory of Dame Barbara, who passed away with Alzheimer’s in 2020, Jackpotjoy is auctioning these and several other items to raise vital funds for Alzheimer’s Research UK.
Take part in the auction to support groundbreaking dementia research and help keep people connected to their families, their worlds and themselves for longer.

“I’d like to thank Jackpotjoy for their generous donation to Alzheimer’s Research UK in Barbara’s name. Barbara had so much fun working on the set for the adverts, but I know she’d want to give the dresses a new lease of life, especially for a good cause! I’m pleased we can give her fans something back, while raising more funds for life-changing dementia research.”
