Public research events

We hold public meetings throughout the year at towns and cities across the UK. From lab open days to ‘ask the expert’ panel discussions you can find out about Alzheimer’s, dementia and the latest research in your area.

Meet our scientists

These events are free to attend and for all members of the public.

Our Cambridge public meeting will take place on Friday 17 May at the Institute for Public Health at Addenbrookes Hospital. It is free to attend and will feature short talks by clinicians and researchers. You can also find out more about the work that Alzheimer's Research UK does and pick up free information about dementia. Download the flyer for details.

Our Research Network in Aberdeen is holding a free public discussion on Alzheimer's disease on 22 May. There will be a panel of experts on hand to answer your questions about dementia. You can send your questions to them in advance of the meeting. Everyone is welcome. Download the flyer for more details.
