Tour of Cambridgeshire 2016
The Tour of Cambridgeshire offers both a leisure and elite riders route, completing a distance of 93.6km and 129km respectivley. It is designed to give both the novice and expert road cyclist a truly professional experience.
This year Alzheimer’s Research UK will be the exclusive partner of the Leisure community (93km) and we are encouraging riders to fundraise for the charity. The money you raise will support our pioneering research into the diseases that cause dementia and ultimately pushes us closer towards a cure.
The challenging course will guide you around the best of the beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside. Your journey will begin and end at the Peterborough arena and show grounds.
To get involved you will need to register for your own place through the Tour of Cambridgeshire website. Once registered, or if you already have your own place, please complete our form and we will be in touch to confirm details.
As a rider for ARUK you’ll have access to the following:
- T-shirts and cheering packs for all your friends and family to spur you on
- ARUK designated cheer points
- A fundraising pack and t-shirt
- Access to a free ARUK Cycling top once you have raised £350
