Research Information Officer

The Science Communications Team at Alzheimer’s Research UK is responsible for explaining and promoting dementia research to the public, as well as engaging researchers with the work of the charity. The team promotes the charity’s latest research findings through the media and Alzheimer’s Research UK’s website and blog, and comments on breaking dementia news stories from across the globe. The team produces health information booklets and resources to inform the public about dementia and develop new ways to raise awareness of dementia and the progress that can be made through research.

Sporting Events Manager

The Community Fundraising team at Alzheimer’s Research UK is responsible for securing income from individuals and groups fundraising in the community, managing relationships effectively to maximise income. The Sports Events Manager role will sit within the community team, with the remit of rapidly developing our sporting events offering and account managing a major relationship with a sporting events organiser.
